Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a positive and welcoming experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and take their orders
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Handle cash and card payments
• Set up and clean tables
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Food safety certification is a plus
